Stephanie Mishkin

Stephanie Mishkin is a professionally trained and certified freelance makeup artist servicing the greater Boston area. She was born and raised in Canada and moved to the United States in 2002. She currently resides in Brookline with her husband and three little princesses.

Stephanie was always fascinated by the transformative power of makeup and has the innate ability to see the natural beauty in every woman’s face no matter the age, gender or ethnicity. Her creativity, enthusiasm, and uncompromising dedication are exemplified in her private and group teaching “beauty” sessions whereby she educates women on how to feel and look their ultimate best. She also does a lot of makeup applications for weddings and special events, which she thoroughly enjoys as she feels honored to be a part of someone’s special and important day.

Her obsession with color is evident not only in her makeup artistry yet in her business sense as well. She is the cofounder of a Mineral Based and Paraban Free Makeup line, LASH Cosmetics LLC.

Stephanie is continually expanding her product knowledge and prides herself on being up to date on all the modern trends in the industry by attending regular training courses, making her a true leader in her field.

Debby Shure

Debby Shure was born and raised in New York. She’s been living in the Greater Boston area for over twenty years and currently resides in Brookline with her husband and their two beautiful children.

After graduating college, Debby embarked on a career in the wholesale diamond business. For ten years, Debby helped to oversee the daily operations of a multi million dollar company, managing clients which included many high end jewelry stores and traveling nationally and internationally to Antwerp, searching the vast marketplace for the perfect diamond inventory to fill her client’s needs. With her exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills she was able to please her clients and become their own personal “eye” in a large and competitive marketplace.
Debby left her career in the diamond business after having her children, choosing to become a stay at home Mom.

It was during this time that Debby began to become more environmentally aware and frequently found herself unsuccessfully searching for makeup that was both high end and “good for her” at her local natural and organic marketplaces. After not finding exactly what she was looking for, Debby and Stephanie both came to the realization that a hole existed in the cosmetics industry and they decided to try to fill this hole together by creating Lash, a mineral based, paraban free high end specialized line of makeup. With Debby’s passion for style and remarkable fashion sense the transition from the world of high end jewelry to the world of luxury cosmetics was natural. Debby has found tremendous satisfaction in starting and growing Lash Cosmetics with Stephanie and she especially enjoys helping to find the right look and products for every single customer.
